"I called Raymond and Caylor at 10:30 this morning to request services and spoke with secretary to do so. She informed me that they would have someone out to my address. About 4 hours later I called back and again spoke with the secretary and I asked why noone had made it to my address yet and she was very unprofessional and rude. She told me that they didn't need my business and that she was just going to cancel my request for services. I have been told by a friend/neighbor that they was treated very poorly by the person that they had called and spoke with as well Secretary. I have been satisfied with Raymond Caylor before but this lady has extremely poor customer service skills. She should be fired!"

They completed removal of the old units and installation of the new equipment in about 6 1/2 hrs. The technicians did a great job and the new system is providing us with more consistent and even temperature heat through out our house. Its much better than our previous system."

"My old system died and I contacted Raymond Caylor for quote on new system. He was very responsive, came out promptly and gave quote on new system. He described some changes that needed made in configuration so new system would operate more efficiently than old system. He did not install original system. I accepted his bid and installation was scheduled. Installation team arrived on time and did install in less than a day. New system better than old at cooling house, especially sunroom, which has full southern exposure. I highly recommend Raymond Caylor Heating and Air."
