However, the negative interactions with Emebet have left a lasting impression and made me question whether I should continue supporting the establishment. I believe that exceptional customer service plays a vital role in maintaining a positive reputation for the bakery. On my recent visit, the young lady who was behind the counter was very rude and unprofessional to say the list. The cake has become too sweet even for young children to notice it. On the other hand, the price has increased despite the poor customer service and less quality cake they are serving. I called multiple times to speak to the manager, unfortunately the young lady who answered the phone was unable to connect me. She answered the phone as if it’s her personal call not business. Will never return again."
