"Ordered a java chip frappuccino, no whip. Got it with whip. No harm in that, we’re all human and make mistakes. My issue is that when I told the barista, even though he scooped out the whip, he started ranting to the other other barista about me pointing it out when I’m standing right in front of them. That’s disrespectful considering I asked respectfully."
"I'm normally a mobile order-er at this store, but they're always friendly and my drinks are made quickly. Haven't had a reason to find another store. This location can be busy indoors at times (tough to grab seat), but the patio outside is great on nice days."
