"Stopped by Shell for a quick bite, spotted Dunkin Donuts - craved hash browns. Ordered a pair. The lady at the counter seemed grumpy, asked if I was ready. Needed a sec, but her attitude stunk. Ignored it, I was too hungry. Got my hash browns to go. Paid up, she got my food. Told her it smelled off, she just smirked and left. Got to my car, took a bite - tasted like bleach! Had to spit it out, still can't shake the taste. Tried limes to cleanse my palate. No way I'm going back to her, she was in a foul mood. Lost $2, but lesson learned. McD's next time."

"This Dunkin/Baskin Robbins is NOT a full size store. It is a very small combined BR/DD with a very limited menu. I think this store is very busy all the time because it is the ONLY donut store or ice cream shop for miles. I would love to give them a higher rating but the fact is they are usually out of just about everything. (e.g. only vanilla ice cream, no caramel & no whipped cream , no donuts but does have a few donut holes. And, those are likely to be stale. It is easy to see that the employees are very overworked and have little time left to clean afterward. It is very easy to get to & from the location but parking can be a challenge in the always busy gas station/ convince store parking lot. Order ahead has not been available when we tried."

"I stopped going here a while ago (6+ months) because I noticed an employee peeling skin off her lips then touching the rim of my cup. But, today I was in a rush and stopped by. Again, I was grossed out by the same employee. She started coughing and then covered with her hand. Then with the same hand (no hand sanitizer or anything), grabbed my cup. When she bent down to put ice in the cup, she coughed into the ice bin without covering her mouth. I literally walked out. Prior to me not going to this location, I had been helped by other employees and didn't have this issue."
