"This by far the Worst tacobell..managers need to make employees pay attention to orders. Cant even get a simple order right. Hope they get new management. Manager tells my husband after he told her i had a allergy that he is wrong..how in the h*ll would they know? He didnt say no lettus for giggles..this place needs shut down so she wont fix my order just flat out refused.. they needs to fire everyone and get a crew that will do the job right.. what a waste of time and money"

"Should've read the reviews before going. Worst Taco Bell we've been to. Employees sitting behind counter on their phones. I stood at counter to order and no one came for about 5 minutes even though they saw me. The guy that finally took our order was very nice. But food was horrible...hard tacos were soggy and shells in pieces as soon as we got them, burritos missing the correct ingredients. And the 2 girls who were on their phones wearing gloves fixed our food with the same gloves on. Bad all the way around."

"i ordered a grilled cheese burrito and it was cold and pathetic. not to mention they left two ingredients out of it so it was just beef and rice and cheese. i ordered a doritos locos taco as well and it was mediocre."

"Have used drive thru several times in last 4 months, but the last time it took 20 minutes! That will be my LAST TIME for at least another 4 months! I tried to be appreciative of those working in this age of shortages, but something's definitely wrong with their payroll size/ employee offerings and/or workplace environment (or perhaps the learning curve is too steep for new employees with two restaurants packed into the same kitchen, I'm sure this looked like a good idea before the employee shortages). When they handed my chicken quesadilla to me, it was already cold and also gritty--did it get dirt on it? Dunno and don't care. Maybe you'll get lucky on your visit, but I'll steer clear--they obviously can't handle my business."

"I was the only customer. They weren’t busy at all, but they made all the mistakes. I requested without the pinto beans and they added that. I also requested for a vegetarian chalupa and they gave me meat. Totally wouldn’t recommend ordering here yourself - just order online."
