"Oddly enough the male employees were super nice and helpful but the female employees stared at me like I was insane. The food was decent for Dunkin Donuts but the reason I went was for hot chocolate and that was brown water. It smelled funny and tasted horrible. So will I be going back no probably not."
"I tried this place three times due to convenience but each time was left with disappointment. They are ALWAYS out of almost everything…it’s quite unfortunate. How are you always out of condiments ,doughnuts & items to make popular drinks before 9 a.m. Management can’t possibly being doing inventory accurately. It doesn’t help that customer service lacks because I’m beyond understanding but this is just bad business consistently. I had to ask today “well what do you have” bc I kept being told we’re out of that too.I won’t be back."
"First of all, who can call themselves Dunkin’ Donuts and not have doughnuts for sale? I’ve had too many bad experiences here after ordering a macchiato with all milk. Perhaps they should consider hiring someone who cares about their job."
"Service was pretty good. The employees need some more training. I was given croissant with cold cheese on it. Egg wasn’t too warm either. Coffee was given less than half a cup with coffee other half with foam, you can feel the cup n tell by the weight. I asked the other employee to fill up the cup. Over all the service was good."
