"I ordered 6 donuts, coffee and 2 waters for my daughters. They gave me one water, i asked for one more but they told me that they charge $0.27 for cup, I said there is no problem and I left $1 in the tip cup. So tip cup is fine but if I dont put it there then cup is 27 cents..."

"One Star is to High! This place is about as slow as it gets. Don’t order ahead of time on the app because they just ignore it. This is the second time I’ve waited over 25 mins and placed the order 15 min before arrival. English language is a second language for the employees so it was very difficult to communicate. Stay away! After reviewing all these comments being the same theme…not one management comment to all the same issues. That shows you how much they care!!"
