"My daughter and I went into a Hibbett location within this area because, she wanted a pair of Air Force 1’s that were bright pink and white. She also wanted a pair of Nike low panda dunks, I believe they were called. I could be wrong but they were white, bright pink, and black. We were able to purchase the Air Force 1’s for 95.95. I was grateful due to we needed them within a time frame that the shipping option just wouldn’t have been able to deliver. I also, saved 5.00 by purchasing them here so, I was grateful for this as well. The manager who checked us out was informative, helpful and friendly. He was able to find our size that we needed. Checkout and signup was a breeze. The atmosphere was so welcoming and upbeat. He was great, and my daughter is happy with her shoes so I am deeply grateful. We will absolutely be shopping at this location again. The guy who checked us out most definitely is getting great pay I would hope because, he could definitely be living comfortably if he were working for any dealership easily. He is great."

"This has nothing to do w my local hibbets store location at all. This about HIBBETTS CUSTOMER SERVICE REP at their 800# in general. The customer service line is a joke. Call stay on hold. Then request call back. If the Reps don’t want to deal with you they tell you to please hold so they can look that up. Then hang up on you. Or next day they are completely rude about your entire order. Tell you to call back in 3-5 days when your payment posts. Or call back when the entire order is received and they now package a 20 item order 1 item at a time to ship out so that by the time you get your order - the 15 day shipping insurance is past the 15 days so then your stuck losing the money where the items didn’t come or said 2 alike was mailed together and you get 1. You eat Cost of the 2nd items. Then they leave security tabs on the clothes & mail It to you & the local hibbets tab is different So no one can get it off and your stuck and then they want ya to keep $36 toddler outfit cause there mistake and give ya 20% discount. That discount will explain why toddlers wearing a security tab. Hibbets has became so full of errors and mistakes and it’s a joke. That you eat money cause they could careless about what the customer service reps do. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. JOKE."
