"I would give 0 stars for food and service if I could. We waited for 20 minutes for a table, even though we had a reservation. Plates and cups were dirty, we had to ask for plastic cups. Our silverware didn’t get to our table until 45 minutes after we sat down. The server was inattentive and dropped our silverware on the floor, picked it up, and gave it to us for use. Absolutely disgusting. We were not served our appetizer, and when we asked for it, our server said “do you still want it?”. Paying $25 per person for service and food like this is unacceptable. Will not come here again. Not to mention, the table next to us was never cleaned (it was sitting there for 1+ hours before we left)."
"Very cool place. Took my daughter here for her birthday and she loved it. We did the lunch thing with her doll and it was not bad. I wasn't expecting much for the food but it was actually good. The service was awesome and the staff was super friendly. Only bad thing I can say is they are very over priced. Luckily we have the means to buy the doll and accessories but the families that don't have this privilege. I feel bad for them because they won't get to be able to enjoy the experience because of selfish corporate greed. 40 dollars for a stuffed animal is outrageous!"
"Had my daughter's 8th birthday there today & it was a lovely experience. The private party room was really nice. I can't say enough positive things about the staff! They were attentive, accommodating, and extremely helpful. The girls had a great time playing with their dolls and hanging out together. We shopped the store and received services for the birthday girl's doll while we were there. Both the retail space and the Cafe were jumping with people, so it's advisable to go as soon as they open, or you will face a crowded store. The food wasn't good in my opinion, but my daughter only nibbles anyway. Probably shouldn't go in expecting 5 star food from a doll store. All the kids were focused on was playing and shopping, so it all worked out. If my daughter wants, I would totally treat her and her friends to this experience again. Oh, and btw, latex balloons aren't allowed--we had to take them back out to the car in case others have latex allergies."
"We had a lovely time hosting my daughter’s 6th birthday at the Tyson’s corner AG cafe in their private party room. The room was perfectly pink and decorated and we loved the touch of having the personalized happy birthday display on the TV screen. We were pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the recipe change that had been made to the children’s macaroni and cheese menu item. When we came in the summer (Aug-23) the macaroni was not very kid friendly and was not eaten. Also, the quality of the appetizers and cinnamon buns was also much improved. They were heated properly and not overly dry. The burger and fries are a solid menu option. The birthday cake that was included in the package was delicious and moist and decorated nicely. The only reason I’m not making this a 5 star review is as follows: Only half the girls in our party had an AG doll and I was not told very far in advance that only AG dolls can take a visit to the salon. Also, the girls that had AG dolls were not allowed the option to visit the salon while the others did the cupcake decorating activity. It was a one or the other choice, and I wish I’d known earlier, or that they had the option to allow some of the party to do the salon. The cafe manager was so busy but she still did a great job making sure the adults and kids were taken care of. Appreciated her friendly customer service and attentiveness even though I know how slammed the store was that day."
"This was a truly beautiful experience for me and my Granddaughter. She got to pick her doll and all the accessories she wanted. The only disappointment was not being able to get into the Salon. It was backed up for two hours. Unfortunately we already had a two hour drive back home so waiting two hours wasn’t feasible."
