Shoe Dept.

"I was there to spend $300-$500 in school shoes. I politely asked the associate if my 5 year old could please use the bathroom until we finished. They told us to go to Walmart down the street. So we left! I'd rather take my business elsewhere than be talked to rudely about a 5 year old needing to use the restroom. Will never go back and suggest until they get politely staff, nobody should support them"

"My son and I went in here today for a pair of shoes for him. The only reason this gets two stars is because the gal on the floor who helped us was friendly and helpful. We chose a pair of shoes for my son because it showed them on sale. After we checked out I realized that the sale price didn't come up on the receipt. The gal got the manager about it. What an unfriendly and rude individual she was. Apparently even though the shoe we bought was the exact same shoe shown on sale it was only for specific stock numbers. As if I'm supposed to know what shoes of the exact same shoes have different stock numbers. It's absolutely false advertisement. And the manager was a rude individual. Not that it really matters but I'll drive an hour away the next time we need shoes. I will no longer spend my money at a place that uses false advertising and has managers who have no clue what good customer service is."

"Went in to buy a pair of shoes and ended up getting the incorrect size. When I went to return them for another size the older women that was working the register seemed to have a snarky attitude with me for wanting to exchange my purchase. When I asked for the same shoe different size I was told that what was on the shelf was what they had in store without checking the computer or inventory in the back, earlier this was not an issue for her to check the back for another customer for a different size for their purchase. Other then personnel issue seems like a good store and products, it's a shame someone can ruin an experience. I hope this helps someone else"

"My kids and I went shopping here today and were so excited to see how many DC brand options there were to choose from! We all left with a pair of DC shoes today and all the staff was super helpful and sweet! Couldn't have asked for a better experience today! I hope to keep seeing DC brand options available!"
