"i work for EMS and came through with a patent that wanted to order a meal. i gladly obliged. she ordered her meal and had no issue. however i also asked if i could fill my PROVIDED cup with ICE to have some hydration myself (out all day and my cup was empty) i was told they needed to charge me for it... already ordered a meal... work for EMS... simple request for ICE in a provided cup... and get told i need to pay for it! that is the most greedy thing iv ever seen in my entire life. personally. i suggest nobody support a business that treats people like this..."
