"I ordered a pepperoni bacon pizza and it was to die for!!! So good, and the crust was so fluffy and garlic covered. The employees were so kind helping me figure out what I wanted. Especially the one with the little head. 10/10 would recommend!!!"

"I have placed a curbside order Saturday. I have been waiting for over 1 hour to get a medium pizza. This is from when “Trina” was preparing my pizza. This location is extremely slow. This has happened every time I have placed an order at this location. Who knows when I’ll actually get my pizza sitting in the parking lot for over 1 hour and app is still not updated past preparing."

"I ordered for online for delivery and got a notification my order had been delivered when it had not. When I called the store to inquire about my order, I was told they were closed and all their computers were shut down so theres nothing they could do for me. The man I spoke to said I could leave me name and they would call back tomorrow to give me a "credit or whatever". 30 minutes later, I here a knock on my door and go out to find the pizza sitting on the porch. The driver was already walking back to his car. It was close to 30 degrees outside. Absolutely ridiculous."

"pizza was cold, also didn’t bring the lava cakes we ordered, has taken 45 mins to get the lava cakes we ordered, still haven’t got what we ordered, man on the phone asked if we would come pick up what we weren’t given… absolutely ridiculous, something is very wrong with management, my pizza was cold the last time I ordered, also the cheese bread is completely burnt and all of the cheese came out along the edges and burnt. Had to cut the cheese break myself, not a piece of it was cut."

"After ordering online, the order went to the wrong address (understandable, considering our apartment complex is super difficult to navigate). We were not mad at all, as we understand things happen. After calling to let them know it was delivered to the wrong address, they instantly started making my exact order to be redelivered to the correct address (again, no fault of the driver). Joshua from store #7 in Johnson City absolutely deserves a raise!! I unfortunately don’t know his last name in case more than one Joshua works here. He delivered both orders promptly. He even apologized for the mistake, which was our mistake, not his! Again, our apartment complex is confusing, as we even have a hard time finding apartment numbers after living here for over a year. He was incredibly sweet and seemed excited to be at work, which is rare! He absolutely embodies a great and well-rounded employee. I work with customers who order takeout and delivery almost daily, and Joshua would make a great friendly and professional addition to ANYONES team!! Joshua, if you’re seeing this, thank you for your kindness and forgiveness for something that wasn’t your fault!!!!"
