"Have contacted the corporate office on the Berea KY location. This place has went downhill in a major fashion and it's such a disappointment. Particularly due to some of my favorite memories while in high school and working here. Now a customer can expect long waits for substandard product. Employees that congregate outside while traffic is lined up on Glades road and around the building. Or my favorite, trying to call in an order and the phones are off. Wich means you're going to sit in the parking lot. The body language of one or two is questionable at times as to the fact the may be under the influence. But don't take my word for it.. Go experience this for yourself. It may be worth noting. This only happens on night shift.. So to avoid, plan your visit before 4:00pm. If MRK enterprise would love to speak to me about my complaint, by all means check your voicemail messages. I have called."
