"The older blonde manager is very rude and disrespectful! I notice the sign on the door complaining about customers making complaints. After being in there last week I can see why! When trying to ask her a question she stands with her back to you on her phone. Very rude talking about other customers when they are deciding on food. Very loud and obnoxious!! I ordered a frisco meal I got bread, thin piece of meat and one piece of bacon. My fries was cold and chopped up. ( apparently because she didn’t have enough made!) thank god there was no chicken made or it would have been cold also. The fries in that meal was also chopped up and cold! Very sad that people spend their hard earned money there and this is how you let employees treat people. Burger King won’t put you out of business your customer service is going too!"

"Pleasantly surprised at Hardee's quality. And that's actually a "good" surprise, not a "I can't believe I paid for indigestion" surprise. Maybe most fast food quality has tanked while Hardee's has stayed the same, or maybe they've improved. Either way, it's nice to get a consistently respectable product from a fast food restaurant. The only down side is that I, the only one in line at the drive thru window, had to "pull around" to wait for my one-burger order. And then the next car was told to pull around and joined me in the lot on the other side. So me in a light colored car, them in a dark suv. Then my order came out, which the staff member immidiately took to the dark suv... But the burger was good."
