"I was told by one person they washed king size ..then told by the Gm it didn’t ..said I could get another new for same price …I said ok but then offered me one that wasn’t in store …then they told me it would be pre leased …I said that’s fine …but then received a call for the one I original order to be delivered to me ….told them I spoke to Gm and they were exchanging it cause it didn’t wash king told me he would call me back didn’t ..I called back we set delivery for next Tuesday…called spoke to the same lady I spoke to before extremely rude …she told it me it would be the following tuesday …and then told me i had to pay first before i could get it ..i told her i already put money down..she said no that was a down payment and i have to make my first payment i was more than patient wasnt never rude but this was a horrible experience i just asked for refund and talk to rentacenter and was able to get my set"

"Awful experience every dime I spend here seems to dissappear and I owe more and more each month they say money is returned back to me and lock my account to force me to pay that ammount and then expect more out of me like I want to pay over 500 dollars in one week who the hell can afford that at first everything was perfect payments were cheap and easy now it's just high end robery and people who act like they do nothing wrong and blame you"
"Terrible experience especially in returning the items cause we were moving. My biggest issue is the very unprofessional attitude and lack of customer service from the General Manager. Called on Saturday May 14th to schedule a pick up but the female representative stated they had no drivers and asked if I could return the items myself. She also stated since I was ending the contract there would be no pay due. When I arrived on Thursday afternoon May 19th, the female representative asked for a payment of $90.00 which I refused to pay and I tried to explain what I was told but immediately the General Manager engaged into the conversation with a loud strong attitude and refused to accept the items and help to unload. I advised him they would be on his sidewalk by the door. As we left, he steps out n flips me off and I rolled my window down and yelled there’s your stuff. From the start of purchasing the washer and dryer (then under different management) it was a disaster, I was sold a used washing machine that had problems which I reported but nothing was ever done but it was all about getting your money surely not providing a positive customer service. If I could give a zero I would but that’s for the General Manager who showed his true colors…a zero. Take your money elsewhere surely not this Aaron’s!"
