"Mmm. (Pepperoni and onion) Pizza was ready in ten mins from ordering. Girl was friendly. Pizza sauce is tasty, too salty for me though. Wife says it's perfect. Seems lightweight somehow though, box weighed nothing lol for a large pizza. Little Caesars is twice the weight. I prefer Gatti's now though. I'd go back. It was $13. Not too much fuss unlike the ridiculous Little Caesars. UPDATE FORGET GETTING TAKE OUT AT WEEKEND EVENINGS they're too busy. Loudest door entry beeper ever. Im trying to sue for ear damage. Now they want your cell no and full name yes your first and last name for take out. Why is Kentucky so dysfunctional??? I will give them one last chance unless a manager calls me within 12 months from now."
"Very irritating that the Google listing says open until 9 and when we visited the establishment around 8:10 pm on 01/28/24 the open sign was lit up however, upon entering the building we were promptly told that they were closed. When we said that the Google listing stated they were open until 9 the employee said "oh the game room is open until 9". Don't not recommend."
"Food is good, but you are usually always waiting on something to get finished. They do not keep enough food on the bar to prevent running out. So you spend half of the time waiting especially with a big family like ours. The price is fair, but the prices of games have went up which is not great. Games are usually in working order and they have a variety of prizes."
"Staff were courteous, polite, professional and friendly. Food was delicious . I hope there is eventually more variety of foods available here for people with food allergies. We got a few cards , had fun playing a few games. Overall enjoyable lunch."
"Went to Mr. Gattis at our kids request. I'll say the staff was friendly and the food was decent. There was a bit of a dinner rush so a wait for pizza is to be expected. Way better than times in the past. Tables were gross ilk add that the staff was cleaning here and there. My 7 year old pointed out that the bench seat was hurting her. I traded seats and wow they are worn out bad. Place could use an update. Unfortunately that could cost and arm and a leg to get those seats updated I'm sure. What was not impressive was the many games that were not functional or missing pieces. There was still games to play but when you go in spending over 70 bucks plus games its a bit of a shocker. Having to keep saying "no sorry that game doesn't work", was being said way to much. I pictured some not all of the non functional games. The games that were in use had sticky film on them and to my surprise 4 out of the 6 hand sanitizer dispensers in the area were out of sanitizer. Overall Gattis was a let down. It will be a while before we plan to go back. Hopefully improvements will be made to bring this place up to standard. 5/23/23 Update: So I gotta say the staff was welcoming and set us up with whatever pizza we wanted. Big improvements were made in the game room. From what I could tell all but 1 game was working. Along with new games. Found myself getting my game card refilled to keep playing. Prizes were decent as well. Noticed some improvements in the dining area as well. 1 room had a TV instead of a projector. For the size of the room they could have gotten bigger. The kids room still lacked improvements. Seats/tables are still needing improvements. However I can see efforts are being made to improve the experience. I can't say I'll be excited to go back BUT I won't be filled with dread about spending hard earned money to go back."
