Papa Johns Pizza

"Last time they didn’t cut the pizza. This time the app said $43 after papa dough was used, when we went to pay it said $53. It was suppose to be delivery because it was free, now it was pick up. I was showing the girl the numbers weren’t adding up, and some other lady starts taking pictures of me. I was talking in a normal voice, no yelling, smart comments until this happened. Yes I made her delete my picture. Never again. Waiting in Snappy’s parking lot"

"I did the order ahead and was going to meet the delivery driver down the road from my house because they refuse to come to my house,the delivery person was a door Dasher I waited for 30 minutes,so I called Papa John's and they said I had to call Door dash so I did and door dash said that the food was delivered but the place the place they described was not even close to me.Make sure it's not a door dash person that gets your food.will no longer be doing delivery,only carry out.They did offer me a refund hopefully I get it."

"The food was great! The lady that works there came up and ask my name went back to check the order and never came back to say it would be a few minutes or nothing. I stood there until Greg came and helped me they need a GM that can keep things in order. The same girl the time before this was just standing there and me waiting to be helped I stood there for 15 mins before I was helped and my order was sitting there the whole time."

"Guess this is what passes for "better pizza" here. The crust is so undercooked, it's practically raw. AND this isn't the first time I've been delivered pizza like this from this location. It will definitely be the last, though."

"We ordered a pizza online and we got the pizza mind you one pizza and one garlic knot $40 which was fine but 2 1/2 is Inch in there was no toppings there was no stuffed crust like I ordered. so I call and it was well done and I did not order well done no matter what they say. So I called them to see if they would make it right they told me they had no way to make it right because I ordered online if I would’ve used the call Center they would’ve took care of me but since I ordered online they could not do anything about it so of course I got mad and I told him I wanted my money back so I went back there the manager was extremely rude And arrogant. would not help out at all I took one bite of my pizza and put it back because that’s how bad it tasted but my husband happen to eat his whole piece even though we were returning it we returned the whole pizza except for one piece and he said that he could not give us our money back because we ate two pieces and I told showed him we did not so finally he did say he credit it back but we wouldn’t get it for 7 to 10 days which is fine but the rudeness the arrogance that this place had is ridiculous I’m not happy and I will be posting this other places."
