"Shane checked us in at 11 am, we waited over 2 and a half hours and by the time we had gotten back they hadn’t even brought it into the hanger and hadn’t even started service. It would be understandable if there were a lot of vehicles in front of us, but there weren’t. Never seen a beat trying to get tires put on. Finally started after we got back there."

"Ordered tire online Walmart and received it for pickup and mounting and balancing at local store in Lebanon Virginia. My wife was on her way there and I called 30 minutes before she got there, explaining to TREVOR in Auto (apparently), and was told they closed at 4 p.m. as I explained she was coming with the usual little 'donut'. TREVOR didn't care as TREVOR was too concerned about leaving at 4 p.m. I told my wife when she gets there to just have TREVOR put tire in trunk for her we'll do it somewhere that deserves our business. A woman helped my wife and told TREVOR to not only get the tire but put it in the trunk for her, her being the nice lady, and nobody even offered to mount and balance it nor were "2 cars in the garage and 1 waiting to pull in outside" did my wife observe as TREVOR told me being the reason why they were not able to help my wife being they had to close at 4 p.m. NOW, I've been a specific American always supporting small local businesses and saying at the beginning of this insipid corporation it would tear down America..... SO Thank you fellow Americans for supporting corporations overseas and voting for Bill Clinton who pushed NAFTA right through after 3 previous U. S. Presidents denied it and we've funded China, N Korea, etc. Killing American steel, Manufacturing, Mom and Pop stores plus Jobs. Appreciate It!!!"

"Would not recommend. Had my oil changed on Thursday, by Friday all of the oil had leaked out. Not even a drop on the dip stick. The o ring was placed on the threads preventing it from sealing. Lesson learned. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to a dealership."

"I have never in my life seen a mechanic take an hour and fifteen minutes (no exaggeration) to change, mount and balance ONE tire. Customer service was unfriendly to say the least. I go to Walmart tire and lube on a regular basis but this time I had to stop at the one in Abingdon bc I couldn’t drive my car all the way to our regular Tire and Lube at the Lebanon Walmart, a mistake I will never make again. I can guarantee I will never come to this Walmart Tire and Lube again."

"My husband tried to get our oil changed and they kept saying they had 4 ahead of him and it would be like 2 hours. My husband would've came back because we don't live far from walmart but they kept saying come back tomorrow, although they don't close for another 7 hours. Not the first time this has happened to someone in my family with this walmart."
