"My order has never been right at this location and they act like it's an inconvenience if I ask for it to be fixed. I've had to return my order up to 4 times in one visit before due to allergies so it's really not cool at all."

"It's one of the best McDonald's in the area. They have a super friendly staff and good management. The manager made time to greet us and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. My only complaint is that there is not enough parking close to the entrance. Most of the spots by the doors are reserved for pick and drive-thru orders."

"absolute worst location. They try to close an hour before they're supposed to, they'll let you sit in the drive through for 30 minutes, won't acknowledge your existence, then have the audacity to cuss you out and drop F bombs. Corporate truly needs go get a grip on this location. Spent 45 minutes trying to order food and ultimately got the order canceled. I understand trying to do side work to close early, that's no problem, but straight up shutting lights off, and all employees hanging out outside one hour before close is absolutely ridiculous."

"I guess this was a busy time of day when we went. There was 4 people waiting for their order when we went in. We got a happy meal. There was no toy or the Halloween bucket for our kid who expects the toy when we go to any McDonald's. Also the apples were pretty brown. One of the employees had a visitor who stood at the registers talking. When the person went to work, she kept hollering at him. The tables were not clean. They were wet and could tell people had been there and not been cleaned for a while. We went to get an extra item before leaving and had to wait several minutes until someone left the drive thru to finally help us."

"Truly if I could give 0 stars, I would. Pay attention people. I have been becoming to this McDonald’s for YEARS. I live only down the road. I’ve opted to using the app after work as it is easier and takes off stress. Well. Right before 7pm, I placed my order. Drove the 2 minutes to McDonald’s. And waited. And waited. I sat in the parking lot for over 30 minutes and when I checked my app, it said my order was complete. So I went inside. Where I was met by a disheveled blonde manager who said “ok” and walked away. She said nothing to her cooks. But one overheard and quickly searched for the order to start making the food. I waited another 10 minutes. I had to remind them of the drinks, the sauces, etc. came home and half the order was wrong. As my father bit into the sandwich, it was completely raw. I will be contacting health department. I am appalled. I called and let McDonalds know. Was offered a new burger if I wanted to come back. Nothing for anything else they had screwed up. Not once during this did anyone apologize either."
