"TWO STARS I ordered online so I could pick the ingredients I did or didn't want on my burger. I ordered the Double Big Bacon Classic... no mayo, no tomato, add cheese. Easy enough, right? What I got was a "single" WITH mayo and tomato. The bacon seemed a little over-cooked as well. I was going to complete the survey on the back of the receipt except the receipt failed to list the store number. (It had my name on the line the store number should have been.) So... without the store number, I was unable to enter the survey. That made me a little mad, to be honest. ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Attention to detail is your ability to efficiently allocate your cognitive resources to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks, no matter how small or large. There is much room for improvement."

"Food tastes the same as any other Wendy's but the staff is rude and has no respect for the workplace or it's own employees and customers. They periodically get your order wrong and are upset with the customer when that happens. Has happened multiple times first hand to me and friends."

"It's an interesting thing when you order food and they give you a completely different order. I ordered the Dave's combo everything on the burger except for tomato and what I got was a plain double cheeseburger. I also ordered the queso fries because I actually like their queso and what I got was a plain french fry. And for some reason they threw in a random order of chicken nuggets. The only thing that was correct about my order was the coke that I ordered which I'm surprise they didn't manage to mess that up as well. Unfortunately I ordered through doordash so I'm not able to just stroll in and show them their mistake and for some reason nobody wants to answer the phone when you call this location, it keeps saying that a voicemail system has not been set up."

"I swear to God if I get sick from this I will own Wendy’s!! This place needs to be shut down and I have the pictures!! RAW CHICKEN GOING OUT THE DOOR!!! I will be contacting all the managers and I will have someone’s job!!!"

"The food tasted great but come on guys, how you gonna give someone some baconator fries with 3 whole pieces of bacon? I mean I'm glad the bacon was on it because this location is really bad for messing up your order but it is advertised like it's small pieces."
