"My car was taken to him Dec 19 after we called and he said he could fix it. After days of not showing up or answering phones we find out he permanently closed and had no intentions of telling his clients who's car he still had"

"Would not recommend AT ALL! Took a truck down there for work that would have took a few hours but instead he had my truck for over 2 months (it’s still not fixed and it is now in worse shape). He gave us the run around on it giving too many excuses. We would drive by everyday and it would still be sitting outside and not moved but he said he had it in everyday (which is a lie). The first time we took it down there he supposedly fixed it after having it for a month so I went and got it and by time I got it home it had to be took back down to him because brake fluid was pouring out and he said he would look at it. I drove it back down there and he has now had it for another month and has order the wrong parts multiple times and has put broken hydro boosts on it multiple times (it’s now on the third one that he ordered and supposedly it’s “brand new” but it’s still not in working order). While he had it he also stripped out a screw on the radiator and broke the ignition and he had to put a new one in it. Currently having to get it towed bc it’s not drivable anymore but when we took it down it was drivable with minor problems."

"Last time I’ll go to this location for a sticker or anything for that matter. Wouldn’t allow me to pull my car into the bay, yet the guy that pulled it in clearly couldn’t drive a clutch. Stalled it out and burnt my clutch twice. I even had to tell him where reverse was."

"I have used Castle Service Center and my experience has been great. He doesn't charge you anything to tell you what is wrong with your car unlike some places i have gone to wanted to charge me 60.00 just to tell me what was wrong with my car. He is thorough and his work holds up. I feel safer in my car knowing that it was serviced by Castle Service Center and my mind is at ease when I go pick my car up because I know the problem is fixed. This is my 2nd time using them and I will take my car to him for anything that she needs going forward. He is compassionate about his work and he is fair and reasonable. He also gets the job done in a timely manner and has your vehicle back to you quick. I went over yesterday and he got our car straight in and had the parts today to fix it and I will be back on the road this evening. Thank You so much for being there for us Castle Service Center!!! I will recommend your services to anyone."

"DJ is prompt, honest, and compassionate. I called him about a gas leak issue and he got my car in the next day. He updated me through out the entire process to keep me in the loop and my car was ready for pick up the following week. I was disappointed to hear that there would be a credit card fee, but he was transparent about the cost from the get go and offered other ways to pay. I highly recommend doing business with DJ and his team."
