Buffalo Wild Wings

"Terrible experience. Tonight we arrived at 11pm, I understand that was close to closing time so our expectations were not at all high. After waiting almost 10 minutes for a server she finally came and took our drink order, she then advised us that as we were coming in she was heading to the bathroom so she took our order but now was heading to the bathroom then she would grab our drinks. That was disgusting everyone uses the bathroom but no one wants to hear their waiter tell them that. Then she further confused us as we were ordering their bogo deal, once we got a hold of her to change it she acted like she had an attitude about what she misrepresented! If she would have explained things correctly there would be nothing to change. We didn’t get our refills and were brought 40 boneless wings for our table without blue cheese ranch or extra plates we made due with the napkins we had. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I explained this to a young man who was allegedly the manager but he never apologized just said that he hoped the rest of our night is better. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

"Food is great, we love going on Thursday nights and getting the BOGO boneless wings! Service is timely and friendly, the manager actually walks around and helps clean tables, and the establishment is clean. On the more pricey side, but $15 for a meal is fairly average across the board nowadays."

"Came in with me my wife and our 7 children I ordered a mixed drink like I normally would and like usual took well over 15 minutes plus to get it. We received half of our order 10 minutes before the other half. The food was not very hot. I ended up telling them to take the drink off in which the serve got a bit of an attitude about it seemed like. Then to top this wonderful 92$ meal off they added sn extra kids night Mac and cheese to our meal in which they had to refund me then ring it back up. This Buffalo Wild Wings does not come Close To what it use to be. They were not busy when we showed up and for a place that’s bar food people come to have a mix drink or a couple I think it’s nearly impossible to get more than one drink during the course of your meal at this location if you can get the first one."

"I had a perfect dining experience with a waitress named Courtney. She was exceptionally nice and made the meal enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend her service."

"Service was awful. Took forever to even get greeted or get our drinks. Got our appetizer, waited to order until we were done with our appetizer and the food took over 30 minutes (which I get, it gets busy) but when the waitress acts like she has no idea what’s going on with our food or our drink, that’s aggravating. My boyfriend had 3 margaritas in 45 minutes and was cut off. The waitress took 20 minutes to even get the first drink. The waiter walked passed us and didn’t speak nor make eye contact. Came back 5 minutes later and told us that he were cut off (she was very polite about it) when we asked for the check they had our card for literally 10 minutes. No joke. No one wants someone to have their card for that long. Also, if you’re going to go to the back and talk about someone have the manager come out:) If it was up to me I would have tipped nothing from the lousy service. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Go to Texas Roadhouse if you actually want service worth waiting around for."
