"I guess they can fix a vehicle, but I have seen the sad side of the work that they apparently call "good enough." They seem to be the type of place that does just enough to get by. I'm not the type who gives a low rating often, but I have seen several jobs that they have called done that I would have been embarrassed to put my name on. I guess the insurance companies are happy to have these type of people who will do just enough to get the job done, but I would never take my vehicle there. I'm just saying what I have seen. "Unfortunately I had to have some self inflicted damage repaired on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Took about 8 days, but was well satisfied. They even cleaned it inside and out. However, about 2 days later a piece of trim fell off (not to be found) and I had to have that ordered and replaced. They took care of everything in a couple of days. Great customer care. Friendly service."
