"I am a frequent customer at this MCD. Why this week itself ., two different times. There HAS BEEN HAIR IN MY CHILDS FOOD OR MY Food. Why when you all make Carmel Frappe as well you send them out the window dripping in Carmel or whip cream from the top.? All down the cup and everything. Don’t even bother to wipe the cup off hand napkins to the customer. Do better MCD.! Especially Forth Henry Drive. Put more effort into your job and if you don’t want to work fast food, simple. Go some where else and work… customers shouldn’t have to deal with your laziness and pathetic attitudes and your non drive to work and do better. Life hard enough.. and I see how I see it is.. I can cook at home., I can buy my groceries or go some where. AS I choose not to, so do right. We choose to spend money at your establishment. We don’t have to. As an employee you should choose to do your job. If not go somewhere else like I stated above or file for unemployment. Simple."

"If this is the Asheville Highway, they didn't make any of the last 3 drinks right. I'd ordered a mocha one day and paid for a large but there was half a cup which included the whipped cream. The Oreo Frappē had no chocolate drizzle or Oreo pieces on top, usually if they're out of Oreo pieces they will put the drizzle on top and one McDonald's I regularly go to always uses both and it looks and tastes the best. I just feel like this place stays so busy they're not able to do things right."

"The folks that own the franchise is the number one problem. Use to enjoy eating at McDonald's that was taken away. Don't blame your employees get in the stores and teach them what they need to know."

"Never been to a better McDonald’s! Tonight (Labor Day) my boyfriend and I went here and they doubled all of our meats and put extra pickles on everything. The only down fall was that our fries were a little bit cold but I’m not complaining because everything else was fresh and came out super fast. We definitely weren’t expecting double everything but it was one of the best experiences we’ve had at McDonald’s."
