Chicken sandwich most likely sat in a bag with the sides that are also cold. Chicken sandwich had the texture of a sponge and was inedible."

"pulled up they had no kind of chicken, said it would be 30 min. also the price is terrible what was last year $20 is now $29. six at night. also want at 12 for lunch and no pot pies at all. this have happened several times. please someone help them get organized so we can have some KFC."

"Bottom of the chicken had been sitting in grease so long that one thigh could soak through two to three napkins. Since they don't do buffet anymore I'm guessing not many people come inside, because they don't pay much attention to the inside. Be it customers or the general state of the interior. Multiple water leaks soaking through the ceiling tiles. The chicken was still tasty and juicy, though the mac and cheese was watery."
