"I love this store and have came here all my adult life (20 plus years) but over the span of this Past year there is a very unpleasant older lady that works there. I've witnessed and experienced way too many times that's she has cussed people, rolled her eyes, made fun of and belittled. I feel if I have to pay $100 for gas I can be treated a bit better. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way."
