Domino's Pizza

"Placed an order on Friday 13th. Accidentally called in to the wrong Domino. We called Domino's and the shift manager located our I rxer on Lee Hwy. We called them and they verified it was there. We get there and they say it wasn't the right store. I showed them the phone number we called and they agreed it was theirs but we hadn't placed an order there. I explained that this Domino's was the right one and I was told it was here. He got all puffed up and called us Liars . We most certainly hadn't called even though the number was on the phone. And his crew he said would back him up"

"Order pizza a day ahead for the High School Football team. Specifically told the worker over the phone that they would need to be ready by 2:30. 30 minutes later my daughter gets the pizzas. When I called the store and spoke with Scott, he was very rude and full of excuses. This location will not be getting my business anymore."

"Ordered on the app, went to pick up order. They did not have an item we ordered, rather than substituting or refunding the money for that item they ask my wife to come back tomorrow and pick up the rest of the order. When I called to ask for a refund on the item he informed me that I was banned from ordering from them again. Apparently Chris thought it was reasonable to ask someone to return the next day to pick up the rest of their order. I am truly in disbelief that someone could think it is ok to give a customer a rain check for food they have already paid for! You either have my food or give the money back! The craziest thing was he thought he had to ask me to not come back, seriously! Would you order at McDonald’s and and then pay for the food to be told that they won’t give the money back but they also won’t have your items until tomorrow? How this made sense to Chris is beyond any logic I can wrap my head around!"

"I ordered there a lot sometimes and I wanted to say they do an excellent job as far as a busy restaurant goes especially I very rarely have a problem but when I do but most of the team members handle it very quickly rapidly and efficient and I want to give a shout out to Terrell and say thank you very much for helping me w my order. :^) sin. "We have been customers of this location for years but never again. We had guests one weekend and ordered some pizzas and wings and garlic knots for pickup. When we opened the wings there was a huge ant inside the wings underneath the cheese. We immediately contacted Domino's even contacted corporate. We were told that the area Supervisor would contact me but he never did so I reached out to corporate again and Jack the area Supervisor finally contacted me via e-mail and started his note with "Hey". I had already stated that I would never spend another dime at this location or any Domino's again and I wanted a refund and all he wanted to do is replace the wings. NO THANK YOU! I have tried contacting him twice since requesting my money back since the food was trashed and that would be the right thing to do but he has not responded. Jack, a supervisor was not even courteous enough to give me a call as corporate said I should expect from him. Check your food closely if you purchase from Domino's. Very poor customer service and nasty location because that is something that should have been caught and no excuse."
