"Called to ask them some questions about their western union, was transfered to a manager, who didn't even listen to what I was asking, and hung up on me. I work with for a company who also works with western union, and was trying to help a customer with a location there. We needed to know the stores limit. This isn't private. It doesn't go against western unions rules. The manager needs to learn how to deal with customers. How do you get business if you hang up on people asking questions? State to state transfers are hard enough without dealing with rude staff!!"
