"The restaurant was clean and welcoming, the servers were wonderful. The food was tasty but it took nearly an hour to receive it. This makes 2 times recently that I've had the same experience once dine in and one take out. The employees and servers try there best it would seem to cover for the slow kitchen and I understand it is not their fault. I feel a walk through from the management asking the customers how things are going would do wonders however I've never met the manager. All in all the food and service are great but kitchen speed/management are clearly lacking."

"This has been a staple for me since childhood. Food was still great, service was stellar. Just some small marks because the floor was a little greasy."

"The food was good, but the waitress we had was not great. Not the most professional with us and other tables around us, and was pretty rude after we asked about getting a cookie for dessert. Literally five minutes after we finished and as soon as the check was signed some other woman, who had been in the hostess area the whole time but didn't seat anyone, came over asking if we had gotten our dessert. Really felt like we were being rushed out the door for no reason. There was no one waiting for a table, the place was more than half empty, and the plates had been cleared. We were there for 30-35 minutes from the minute we walked in to us leaving. Guess they were desperate to just sit around and do nothing. This was really disappointing as the waiter we had before with our first visit had been awesome. However, the waitress and hostess really ruined this visit. 10/28/23 I felt I should update this review. We went back and got carry out. The waitress showed us our meal before she bagged it up. One sandwich was horribly burnt. Asked them to replace the bun since it couldn't be eaten completely burnt. She returned after taking it back to the chefs and it seemed ok. Got home and they only replaced the top bun. The bottom bun was totally burnt. Very disappointed that chefs think that is edible food."

"Food was better than expected. Loved the pastrami club I had on the left with the potato salad. My only complaint would be to simplify the menu. There's no way that all the sandwiches on the menu get ordered plus it would obviously help food costing and kitchen wait times. Not sure why it gets sub 4 ratings because in my opinion, it was good and I would come back."

"Excellent dining! Great meal AND plentiful portions. Friendly and competent waitress (Shaneesa). Fish sandwich, fries, and Big Daddy sandwich were great!"
