"The car line was super long, so I went in to get food. By the time I got my food, the line had already gone through, plus 3 people that came in after me got their food, and all I ordered was 2 of their steak bagels. The manager there was really rude. I usually drive to atkins or saltville instead, mainly cause I've had such bad service here in marion. When I got my sandwich, our bagels weren't even hardly cooked, and the whole thing was slopt together. Our sandwiches are always made supper messy."

"I ordered coffee light ice no cream. I got home with it and it was full of milk. I didn't notice until I took a drink. I'm lactose intolerant and became sick because of milk. I always order no milk no cream. I've never had this issue before. The label on cup said light ice only."

"Well just when you think that everything has changed for the better you end up paying $10 for 2 pickles thank goodness for the chocolate milkshake or this could have been a bust of a run"

"Always babysit your server to make sure that they give you the meal that you ordered. The stereotype that fast food is a job intended for teenagers and dropouts is pushed HARD by this store's seemingly endless inability to get an order right. Absolutely disgraceful."

"Takes a long time for food to come out even when it’s not busy, wrong orders frequently on mobile and the food is almost always sloppy. It used to be better. They’re tight with dipping sauce as well and will only give you ONE for a 10 pc McNugget. Breakfast is better than lunch."
