"I was with my 93years old father replacing a refrigerator that ceased functioning the day before. I do not remember names, but the staff that assisted us in a selection was outstanding. She was helpful, curtious, respectful, knowledgeable, and satisfied my father in his purchase. Next day delivery was timely and the delivery workers were helpful, curtious, knowledgeable, and efficient. This was a good experience."

"I went to this store in Madison Heights to pick up a few things. They had everything that I was there to get. This particular store is usually well stocked, and the men's restroom is clean, but the toilet paper is a little bit on the rough side. Other than that, I had a good shopping experience and I will continue to shop there."
