"They replaced our tires, but they also mangled our battery cover/air vent when they let the young apparently inexperienced mechanic check our battery which we didn't ask for and didn't want. They then told us our battery was almost dead, which we got checked and it was completely fine. After we called and told them about the mangled, melted battery cover/air vent, they ordered it to come a day before we leave for a road trip, but they ordered the wrong part. I would highly recommend anyone else. There are two other tire shops, one on either side of this one and frankly they can't be any worse than melting a part of your car that they shouldn't have touched in the first place."

"My wife goes and gets quote on tires and alignment. When bill is ready it doesn’t match quote and they tell me it’s to late to do alignment come back tomorrow. Go next day for alignment and they tell me alignment machine is broke. Go somewhere else for tires and work."
