"I ordered 2 sausage egg mcmuffins with hash brown. The sausage egg and cheese when cooked right on the butteted toasted english muffin is one of the best things. Actually only thing I eat at McD's. The english muffins werent even toasted they were raw. Tried eating half of one. But ate the hash brown. Tossed the rest."

"The unfathomable incompetence of this McDonald’s is mind-boggling. It’s amazing that they can manage to open the door let alone serve food. Avoid at all costs. From management to employee no one here cares. Every time I have been to this pit of despair it’s 30 minutes plus for sub-par, smashed, cold garbage."

"I placed on app order, waited outside for almost 30 min. Went inside to see what was going on, told the girl at the front counter and she was like oh I thought you come in and got the order " as the order is sitting bagged right beside her" the food is cold, all of it isn't even there. Manager by the name of Micah (I believe) comes over and ask what the problem is, and I tell him he proceeds to say okay what do you want me to do. Are you serious??? Okay I ask for the fries to be remade, not evening fooling with the burgers, chicken sandwiches or nuggets being cold at this point. He walks away comes back and said what did you want me to do with the basket of fries? Ummm like I said I would like those remade. As I'm in the midst of all of this the car beside of me had walked in for the 3rd they had been waiting almost an hour, and had still yet to get their food made or refunded. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!!"

"Worst mcdonlads ever the management staff are extremely rude and will laugh at u and try to make the customer seem to be in wrong my husband ordered a quarter pounder with cheese with extra patty making it a double qp they took 1 piece of meat and folded it in half making fun of him saying he didn't order a double quarter pounder he ordered a single one add piece of meat then made him drive all way back out there to get what he paid for all while he was on a 30 min lunch break which made him late back to work this is VERY poor customer service. Chanity was her name"

"Normally I don't leave bad reviews because I believe that everyone has bad days and most people are trying their best. But I've been here twice now and been forgotten about both times. First time I was with my grandma and they left us waiting for 30 minutes in the heat at the drive thru. The second time we literally just ordered coffee and an ice water and it took 15 minutes. Service is atrocious."
