"It's been getting worse over the last few months service sucks. If you dont have 40 mins to waste i wouldnt attempt going. They've been leaving my family in the 3rd window for over half hour because they've been forgetting us don't know if they high but couple times they seemed it. Worsted part was it was the managers doing it. I tried telling one this evening after being forgotten yet agian she just walked away. Be last time going their. Worst place ever lebanon va. Hire people don't know how to their or hire people that could do it first place. Set at the menu board for 20 mins today 112723 while they took order only on one side skipping everyone."

"Where have we been welcomed in such warm manner at a McDonald’s?! We had to travel 6 hours away from our city life to experience a welcoming & friendly staff at this McDonald’s! We were really surprised at the patience the staff had while we placed our order for 4 people. The sweetness was genuine. The food was so much fresh and better than most other outlets. Then we parked our car just in front of the beautiful snow clad mountains and enjoyed our food and the rest of our stay at this lovely town of Lebanon!"
