"Got a baconator double and it has no bacon like wth"
"My husband & I stopped there on our way home from vacation. I have to admit, I was shocked by what I saw. This is probably the dirtiest restaurant I have been in. There was spilled food, (maybe soup?)that employees had walked through. They were very busy but it appeared they had plenty of employees working. We didn't eat & only ordered coffee because we were afraid to order anything."
"My fries was cold after i requested fresh fries when placing order an kids meal cheese burger was 95% bread an a very tiny an very thin piece of meat"
"They have a fast drive-thru (Most of the time they do), and they have good food, but the inside is very dirty."
"Just ran through the drive-thru at my local Wendy's. The girl that took my money was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately the guy who brought me the food just stuck the bag out the door and when I grabbed it and said thanks he turned and left. After I got home and checked the food out I see why he left so fast. My spicy chicken sandwich only had a piece of very old fried chicken between the buns. No lettuce, tomato, condiments, nothing. And my baked potato unfortunately was clearly ripped open by two hands. There were basically four finger holes in the potato. I'm sure it's probably routine to rip the potato or smash it open etc. Very well could be Wendy's policy and procedures but gloves or no gloves, It was kind of gross seeing basically finger holes in my baked potato. Hopefully next time is better!"
