"I ordered on the kisok and the receipt was blank and our order number wasn't on the screen. We also was in there 30 minutes and had to get the manager to even get our food. Their code scanner also isn’t working as of 11/28/2023."

"I sat in the drive thru line for right at 10 minutes which is ridiculous! For a restaurant that is so worried about “drive thru times” sure don’t keep a good job up at it. The fries I got were absolutely disgusting! Not to mention cold and little to no salt on them."

"We were the only customers. Every table in the place was dirty. There was food ithe seats. There was food on the floor. Only after asking three times for something I could use to clean a table did an employee come wipe off about 3/4 of a table. She made no effort to clean the food off the seating. After complaining that they were extremely short staffed she returned back to the kitchen where she and two other employees stood talking. The food was cold and not at all fresh. The fries weren't even salted at all. I ask for a four piece MC nuggets happy meal for our little guy. We didn't notice that we were charged for a six piece instead. No napkins, so before we could eat we had to go back to the counter to ask for them. No katchup, back to the counter again. We did not ask for a to go order but that's what was entered for our order. Everything was just thrown in a bag. My chicken sandwich was a mess. The bottom part of the bun was in the bottom of the bag and not even wrapped with the rest of the sandwich, which had only had a wrapped folded over it (not wrapped). The food was terrible, the service was terrible and the dining room was nasty. I have considered disputing the charge with my credit card company since we didn't get what we paid for and may still do, unless the manager attempts to make this right. I can't see that happening since no-one cared to take care of us as paying customers while we were there. Not happy at all."

"Disgusting!! My husband bought 3 double quarter pounders and two completely raw and one with top raw patty and bottom done. Thanks for nothing never again will we stop here!! I'd rather cook for my family then you people making them sick!"
