"Pretty awesome food..just not the best wait time! Even when ordering on mobile app!!! Their food is delicious though. No matter if you order when you get there, mobile order, or go through the drive through the wait is HORRIBLE. I could have gotten pals, eaten it and already watched an episode of my show by the time I get my food usually."

"They deserve no stars! My 85 yr old very hungry mother and I just sat there for 30 minutes waiting for 2 small burgers. They never happened. When I pushed the red button again\I was rudely put on hold and then asked for my order. I a cancelled and told them how long I’d waited gave them a salute they much deserved and left! Do not eat at this place! Sorriest service on SW Va!"

"I went to take my baby granddaughter to the pediatrician and to clean a few buildings. Before we came home my daughter said that she would like a slushie. I was at the gas station and theirs was out of order. Sonic was just below the gas station and I said hey why don't we go to Sonic I have the app and drinks are half-off all the time. I got a large blue coconut slushie, my daughter got a large tropical colada slushie and my older granddaughter got a small tropical colada slushie. For $4.49, AWESOME!!! ALWAYS LOVING US SOME SONIC!!!! I didn't get any this time though but I do have to mention the pretzel sticks with cheese. Nothing like some pretzel sticks."

"So paying 12$ and waiting for this awful mess of chicken. After seeing the un-sauced chicken we asked for more sauce. "We will have to charge you", after waiting 20 more minutes they brought back to more trays with around a 1/2 oz of sauce, which was cold. Then another 10 to bring the rest of our order that was left out.Rude drive thru attendants rude manager. In my opinion the worst fast food place in Wise County Virginia."
