"As a female I will never go back to this disrespectful and give u 1 quote and charge you another over priced work! Especially when they are not focused on your vehicle and under staffed! Was told it be 2 hours was charged for 3, also told me it would be 2 hours and had it all day long! Not efficient!"

"Came in at 0800 to get inspection completed. Was told that there was an inspection and a wheel bearing repair waiting to get completed from the day before. Was told that they don't have help. It is now 1030.. 6 guys have been sitting around staring at the wheel bearing job for 2.5 hours. Essentially no other jobs have come in. So far, they have not touched my car. I left @ 11:30 without any work being done to my car.. What I heard was, "we have been waiting on parts" .. Interesting that no other work can get done while waiting on parts...."

"Ladies and gentlemen I have a 1994 van which I had oil changed in January 2021. Hardy road. When sticker said oil change due I was living I roanoke taking care of my mom with cancer. Electric rd . Was near her Dr appt. So I brought it in and was told Hardy rd. Had stripped the plug. Good news was oil was changed but plug was stripped so I had been driving it with it leaking oil. I told them I'm going thru alot with my mom dying. Then a couple weeks later she did. They were supposed to call me. I'm dealing with a loss and did call back several months later when I started to drive the van again I noticed ticking. I have been trying just to get owner to call me so I could share this experience not be degraded by a manager who is sending me messages to bring the van in when the engine was making so much noise I couldn't drive it. I try to talk to manager and he wanted me to bring it back to speedy so he could take a look at it even if it had to be towed. I called several times to only talk to a rude manager not the business owner. I want to meet with manager today but with another technician yelling in the back ground I am in fear of a bad confrontation. So this lesson learned is every time you get your oil changed check your plug. Bad thing is they admitted to fault but never reached back out to me and the manager and his crew are yelling at me saying I wanted them to pay for my engine. I never ever said the first word about money. This is my spare vehicle so alot of time passed."

"These guys do great work, but don’t expect much hustle. An oil change and inspection is an all day event, even if you get here at open. I eve they get done though, the work is solid."
