"Hit or miss. Tonight 6/1/2023 was a Miss. No refills, never got the mozzarella sticks we ordered, nor the Parmesan Cheese for my entre. I get that the economy is terrible, but for the love of pete don't downsize the portions and sacrifice the quality, raise the prices if need be. Lastly I hope they refill the bottles which doesn't really make it better but the Ketchup they brought out was expired. Sadly I don't think we will be back."

"Service: 10/10 We were greeted and seated promptly Cleanliness: 5/10 The bathroom door had black hand marks on it and I stuck to the bathroom floor. The dining area was mostly ok tho Staff: 10/10 The lady who served us was awesome but way too over worked and spread too thin amongst 5 different tables, 3 of which were large parties of construction workers, 8 to 12 to a table. The owners didn't seem to care or want to help her Atmosphere: 9/10 There was nice decor and paintings Busy: 7/10 It was lunchtime and there were large groups of construction workers, but they weren't loud or obtrusive. Value: 4/10 I ordered the philly cheesesteak pizza and there was hardly any meat on it. See the pic with this review Overall: 5/10 When I return to Smith Mountain Lake, I don't think I'll come back to Joe's. A lot of room for improvement tho"
