"I went out today to catos to try on clothes for the first time after loosing weight. That being said, I don’t know what fits me anymore. I had a variety of items I wanted to try on. Some were duplicate items just different sizes. I went to try these items on and i figured most of them weren’t going to fit. I normally try on clothes once and leave. But I decided to go back and see if I can try different sizes. As I’m looking through the racks, one of the employees came out of my dressing room where I had left my items, clothes put back on hangers as a curiosity. She came out with them “y’all, look at all this” before she could say more I stopped her and said “yeah that was mine, I apologize.” Should I have apologized? No. Did she? No. She didn’t say a single word & walked away. Right then and there I wanted to leave. It’s one thing to hate your job but to complain infront of customers is unprofessional. When I went in for my second fitting, a sweet girl came to open up a room for me and I told her. She apologized and was so understanding. I left and honestly won’t go back if that’s the attitude your store gives."
