"I recently finished a bathroom project using Ferguson to source my vanity, lighting, faucet, shower system and toilet. My first trip to this location I had no idea you needed an appointment - but I totally get that now. I had no idea what I wanted when I first walked into the showroom but the nice lady at the receptionist desk gave me some ideas on where to start, both on the website and things to look at inside the store so I took her advice and booked an appointment with Lindsay for about a week later. Wow, I went home and built a fat cart full of bathroom ideas - after seeing everything in person I figured I knew what I wanted. Wrong. I met with Lindsay T. and she reviewed my cart and helped with suggestions on things I DID NOT EVEN KNOW EXISTED! She took what I had picked and turned it into an art form - and even saved me money on brands / bundles. Everything was shipped directly to me and most things came in on time and without damage, I had a toilet come in with some concealed shipping damage and she quickly took care of that for me and a replacement was sent without question within a week. She was quick and responsive and made me feel like a valued customer. Lindsay, you helped me build a bathroom of my dreams. I love every part of this bathroom and I am so thankful for your help and attentiveness. I'll be back when I'm ready to do more of the house!"

And arrived ""undamaged"" And unlike their competion Lowes,where we purchased a similar item weeks before and had to wait weeks for it to be shipped and it arrived damaged and unusable and that we had so much difficulty with the day we were picking up other items that were ordered and paid for, to be used for the renovation of 2 of our bathrooms.
