"My sister and my mom were on their way to NY from GA last week when the transmission went out in their 2016 Ford Escape. We met them in Salem and took the car to Peter’s Creek. They gave us a fair quote for fixing the transmission, but we decided it wasn’t worth putting the money into the car. We had to make a ton of calls to get the car towed, and we had to work around our work schedules to come back up to VA to tow the car home. The guys at PC were so nice and let us leave the car with them until we could work it out to get it towed back to GA. If you’re in the area they are definitely the way to go if you need work done on your car!"
