"One star based on a friend recommendation. However I wish I would have read the reviews or recommendations of others. Took my car in for a diagnostic check in July. Issue with coolant(s) and overheating. Was told I had a leak in my radiator. Radiator $418.93; Universal Fluid coolants $42.79 4 clamps $27.56; Labor $286; and tire plug $24.99 = $826.41. My brother visited me over the weekend. Retired mechanic from NC and questioned these charges. Enough said. Understandable that if my radiator had to be replaced (Infinity EX37) the location would warrant some difficulty; however if I had known the cost would have been so horrendous I would have waited to take my car to Tech Mechanics who I trust and admire their integrity. I was told that my radiator was purchased from O'Reilly's. Hindsight is 20/20. I would not recommend this establishment to my family or friends; nor will I have my vehicle serviced by this business again. If taking folks hard earned money to gain your profit allow you and others associated with your business to have a restful sleep at night then.... sleep well."
