Ruby Tuesday

"Nadia was our server. She did a great job and very attentative to our needs. Our appetizer, calamari was overdone. Very crispy, not what calamari should look like or taste like. Also for the price, the serving was very small. In fact, in any of the restaurants I've ordered calamari I've never seen a portion that small. The booth that we were seated in had worn seats. One of the bar stools at the was missing a back. A customer stood at the end of the bar for almost 30 minutes apparently waiting for a pickup order. In that time, other then when she first came to counter did we ever see anyone come up to her and say, it will be a little longer. From the person s reaction when she first got there the order should have been ready. Except for our waitress and her great service, we wouldn't recommend."

"Katie was a superb server! She got our party of twelve situated very quickly. She kept the tables cleared of used / empty dishes and our drinks never got below half empty. She was friendly and funny and kind, even to the rowdiest members of our group, the kids. Our food was hot and tasted great, literally everyone either cleared their plates or took the leftovers to go. Can't wait to come back again!"

"We had a party of 15 and Ashley handled us like a pro! She was pleasant, kept a smile on her face and made sure we had everything we needed. Also, the food was delicious, as usual! I had the New Orleans Seafood which was cooked perfectly and seasoned the way I liked. My husband had the garden bar as his entree. Others in our party had the 1/2 rack of ribs, chicken sandwiches, broccoli cheddar soup, chicken tenders, just to name a few."

"Staying within walking distance this seemed like a good choice for dinner. We have been to other Ruby Tuesdays in the past with no complaints. Ordered a steak and baked potato and my wife ordered pasta. The one trip for a small plate at the salad bar was disappointing and the price was twice what the website said it would be. Having an unlimited salad bar isn't really needed when you are having a full meal. My steak was decent but the plate was swimming in butter that should have been in the potato. The potato was not completely done and I wasn't able to eat it all. We ordered 1 drink each and knowing how corporate restaurant bars are we ordered doubles. The drinks weren't bad but when we got the tab we were charged for 4 single drinks with an extra charge for the brand call on all 4. I've never seen this before and was surprised. Waiter assured us that is company policy. We were disappointed with the whole experience and decided to just pay it and get out of there. Plus...the meal really did a job on my stomach after getting back to our room. We likely will not be back that way again, but if we are we'll eat somewhere else next time."

"The food was amazing, 1 of the best places I have ate at, never tried th before, but will be back, every single item was amazing, we got the "Triple Play" (chicken tenders, shrimp and ribs), the Chicken Alfredo, jumbo coconut shrimp and chips, and the Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, the Waiter was delightful, kept up with the drinks, they had a bar to watch sports at if you're into that. Tons of drinks as well."
