"I have been seeing the commercial for the new Carne Asada Steak bowl. I was so excited to finally go there to get one. When I asked for it the waiter looked behind him like he was looking for the steak and looks back at me and started my bowl just using the regular steak. This steak was tough and I certainly did not get the bowl I went there for."
"The second I stepped in the worker screamed across the restaurant asking me what I wanted to order despite the obvious fact that I had a sleeping baby on my shoulder and hadn’t even fully closed the door yet from walking in. As I walked up to the counter, him and all his co workers were laughing as he said “hey let’s get them in and get them out” so I ordered quickly, ate quicker, and left. I also paid in cash and accidentally handed the cashier three 5’s instead of two 5’s and a 10 which I had a hard time finding with my son on me, but instead of explaining that - he just looked at me cold and said this is 15 over and over like I was stupid until I figured out what he was saying and got the correct dollar bill. it is not easy to go out in public with a young child alone already and this experience made it that much more difficult. Won’t ever come back to this location. Very uncomfortable, very rude and immature staff."

"Went in this evening to pick up dinner for me and my family. Was greeted promptly by Kata at the counter and she started on my 3 bowls. I could tell they were running low on a few things and were backed up with online orders as well. Fajita Veggies were out and I had no problem waiting patiently for them to be ready(my favorite topping and must have for my bowl). Kata assured me they would be a few minutes and was able to assist another customer quickly while I waited. She also took it upon herself to get them off of the grill herself and even got my guac as I asked the worker at the register. Overall I would say she made my experience notable there and she definitely distinguished herself from her peers. Will be coming back and hope to always have the same level of care."
