"Okay, I really do love this place, the food and the people are great.My issue was that I ordered 2 bowls that were identical, to pick up, thinking that would be quick. What happened instead was that probably because they are short staffed or just disorganized, the online orders were allowed to sit while the walk ins were taken care of. 30 minutes of waiting along with some other online orderers, that obviously would have made more sense for me to order at the counter. Otto has got to figure it out: either pause the online orders or fulfill them as if it was a customer standing there. Food is delicious, and I would not advise anyone to use online pick up ordering here."

"Got a falafel istanbowl and Omg was it amazing. Every ingredient was perfect, from the beets to the fried eggplant to the crispy falafel itself. Very filling and healthy. Loved the Turkish pop music and the staff was so warm and welcoming."
