IHOP

"We were there today 02/3/24. We first waited a while to be seated (they were NOT busy) Finally ordered the salad was good. We ordered country fried steak and mashed potatoes. The steak was good but a dolop of gravy on stop is not smothered. The potatoes were cold and they took them back and fixed 2 more orders of potatoes and one of those was cold again so not the best IHOP trip overall"

"Shelly has been the best waitress we've ever had. She is dynamite and could make anyone's day better.. what an absolute ray of sunshine... if she isn't a member of leadership, she needs to be. What a delight."

"It was busy and the picture shows what I received but it was NOT what I ordered. Did not get a replacement as it took over ten minutes to get someone to acknowledge us just to tell them it was not correct. The other person in my party ate their meal while waiting to tell an employee about the error. This was supposed to be tres leches pancakes and IHOP put cinnamon roll topping on top of pancakes instead of the correct topping. Waiting was not so bad except that multiple times an employee would come by but didn't stop at our table. Unfortunately this specific location is not one I would recommend."

"Just to get seated took 15 min. Then 15 more to get drinks. Then the pancakes show up looking like they got cancer"

"The waitress was super nice ! Very helpful and kind. Her smile was amazing and made me smile back! Food was amazing!! Bad things were not many people working and flies. It took us 10 mins just to get out drink orders in. Besides that very nice!!"
