"For quality chicken, thick Texas toast, and a tasty sauce, look no further. If you don't care for the slaw, exchange it for extra fries or toast."
"Excellent chicken tenders! Very juicy with well-seasoned breading. The Texas toast was also very good ...not too crisp and toasted well on one side. The fries and Cane sauce lacked something to be desired for me. The fries were cold and soggy. The Cane sauce is a mayonnaise/ketchup blend with spices...a mayonnaise-based dip for chicken was just not appealing for me. These tenders were perfect with BBQ from Popeyes and Chick-fil-A, or your favorite preferred dip. 10/10 would go back for chicken tenders and Texas toast."
"The chicken was delicious but not so much the sauce. I don't know why they put a piece of Texas toast on there. It seemed out of place. Maybe it's because I'm not from Texas. The coleslaw was not good. And the fries which I do not normally order were thin crinkle-cut. The sweet tea was okay."
"I love canes, I work right next to this location and I've eaten there up to 3 times a week at times but lately the chicken has been off. I don't know if they changed something to cut cost or they are over cooking the chicken but the quality has been bad. The chicken used to be savory and just pull apart with ease but now it's like chicken fingers I would get at cookout. I feel like I have to rip them apart and the texture is just off. I thought maybe it was just 1 bad batch but I've given them 2 other chances over the past month and it's still the same. Please go back to whatever you were doing before."
"This place is amazing. I absolutely love the chicken here. I just wish they had barbecue sauce as well as their house sauce. The french fries are really good as well. The only complaint I have about this location is it is too small considering how popular the restaurant is and getting in and out of the parking lot as a royal pain."
