"Friendly, helpful, positive. Vincent was extremely helpful, as well as very friendly. He greeted me when I came in, and then helped me find exactly (and I do mean exactly) what I was looking for. It could not have been a better visit, and he saved the day in terms of a special birthday gift I was in search for, for my niece.
