"Food is ALWAYS good from here. I have yet to have an incorrect item in my order, and it tastes really good considering it’s fast food. Service is generally pretty quick, even on their really busy nights after concerts and such"

"It's fast food but we like the side options that aren't available at other fast food restaurants. An added bonus is the option to get a shake rather than a sugary beverage."

"I love cookout. You get a great deal for the price. Plus a good variety. I'd love to see some salad or other veggies involved items on the menu as they don't really have any. Lately they have messed up my burger on 3 separate visits. Very disappointed in that. But otherwise pretty good. We love the cheddar cheese bites and the shakes of course!!! It helps that they are just a few minutes from me too."

"Ordered at the counter a BLT/ cheese, order of fries, and a drink. I was given a large cup and went to the soda fountain, poured myself a drink over ice, and started to look for a seat. Before I could sit down, my order was ready. Everything was just as good as expected. Chirpy Bacon and letters, thick fresh tomato slice, and real french fries with the skin on."

"This was my first time at a "Cook Out" and while I can't say that I loved it, it hit on one major selling point to me: PRICE! The dining room was closed on this visit, so we only had the option of ordering at the window for take out. I ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich with onion rings and Cajun fries and a drink. I was floored when I saw that this meal was going to cost under $10 and even more surprised when I saw the amount of food you get for it. The food wasn't particularly amazing but it was satisfying. The fries could have been a little more crispy instead of floppy and the onion rings really didn't have much flavor to them. The Cajun chicken sandwich was good! Overall, I would eat here again if I were in the area, but may not go out of my way for it."
